Tougas Family Farm Kitchen is in need of a Kitchen Staff Supervisor to be responsible for directing Kitchen staff, maintaining sanitary standards, and participating in food prep at our Kitchen. Food supervisory experience and ServSafe certifiable. Basic baking skills necessary, as well as a willingness to learn, to step in at every position to lend a hand, and ability to lead and teach staff. Must be a person who can deal with changes and fast paced environment. Professional appearance and demeanor required as you will be interacting with our customers as well as staff. Position is open now through November. This is a great position for a recent Culinary Arts graduate to build your resume. Most weekends required, as are Labor Day and Columbus Day.
